If you want to share a room with a certain member you MUST have the exact same dates, otherwise if will not allow you to room together.
Services staff work Monday - Thursday (Pending Federal holidays), if your request is sent or you make an inquiry on a day that the staff is not in the office, it will be answered the next business day.
